Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics disruptions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard Shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes with an additional COD fee of ₹49.

All charges are inclusive of GST.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and AWB (Air Waybill) number. You can track your order on our Website or directly on the courier partner's website.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after all attempts (due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, refusal, etc.), the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

• For prepaid orders: A full refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
• For COD orders: No refund is applicable for return-to-origin shipments.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product or your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photographs and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
