Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Promise

At Turnberry Kids®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns and refund process in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).
  • Innerwear, undergarments, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at connect@turnberrykids.com or call/WhatsApp +91 95997 79998 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost, or you may self-ship to our warehouse address.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process and timeline as returns. If the requested size/colour is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide your bank account details.
  • Refund processing time by banks/payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days.

7. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
  • No questions asked — this is your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Refund Deductions

In cases where the return is not due to a defect or our error:

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • COD convenience fee (₹49) is non-refundable.
  • If the product shows signs of use, washing, or damage, the return may be partially approved or rejected.

9. Consumer Rights

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020, you have the right to:

  • Full information about the product before purchase.
  • Return defective or misrepresented products.
  • File a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
